St. James Lutheran Church Rock Island Scholarship was established to support students pursuing a degree at LSTC. Preference will be given to 1) Member of St. James congregation; 2) Member of West Conference of the Northern Illinois Synod; 3) Member of Northern Illinois Synod; 4) Member or North Central Diocese of EL Church in Tanzania; 5) Another student if none of the above are met
